J'ai trouvé cette société qui doit être très bien informés sur leurs produits, le site est facile à trouver votre chemin autour, les prix sont grands aussi. La livraison de ma commande a toutefois été amassé. J'ai eu ma commande expédiée livraison UPS standard et ce que j'ai commandé le 7 Janvier dans la soirée a été livré Janvier 9th at 4:18 pm. Folks que ça ne peut pas faire mieux que cela. Oublié de mentionner les produits provenaient de Chine et est arrivé à Loganville Ga, wow, just wow!

 After-Sales Service : Guarantee and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

● Please kindly note this quotation is with EX-work trade term. You can enjoy our benefits of Courier's shipping freight discount by choosing our shipping service. If you have your own courier's international account, you can request to use your account to collect the shipping freight. JustForWholesale won't take any responsibility of the shipping risk after exporting China.

● JustForWholesale Guarantee and RMA policy are offered to direct customers only. All customers must obtain an RMA number from JustForWholesale prior to any return, replacement, repair, refund, or credit.

All Sales are Final: Orders cannot be changed after order confirmation. Any shipping discrepancy, product dissatisfaction, missing & damaged products must be reported to JustForWholesale via Email within 48 hours once received the parcel.

Satisfaction Guarantee: For any orders that are not to your expectation, please communicate with JustForWholesale the first 48 hours after receipt. A satisfactory resolution based on return, replacement, credit, or a combination of the above will be offered. Returns after this time period are at the complete discretion of JustForWholesale and may incur a substantial restock fee. JustForWholesale reserves the right to limit this guarantee against any abuse of our guarantee policy.

Damaged or missing products: If package is visibly damaged upon delivery by the courier. Please accept the package and make a note made on the carrier delivery record - take some clear photos and let courier to confirm the situation of the package (and signature if passible). Please notify JustForWholesale immediately so that a claim can be filed with the courier. Hold the merchandise and the original packaging for the courier's inspection and investigation. Failure to take the above actions may risk receipt of proper compensation. Damaged or missing products are subject to insurance up to the custom invoice value.

Defective Products: Defective must be reported to JustForWholesale 30 days upon receipt of the package. Defective items will be replaced with either a repaired or refurbished unit. If no replacement unit is available within 30 days, JustForWholesale will issue a credit memo. Credits expire 12 months after date of issue. RMA credits are for product only and do not include any reimbursement for shipping charges. Discontinued products will be replaced by similar product. Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested bad prior to returning the part. We will charge a service fee should we find a returned item in working condition.

Return Procedure: Customers must obtain an RMA number from JustForWholesale prior to returning any merchandise to JustForWholesale. RMA numbers can be requested by communicating with our sales team with the details of damages or defects. Merchandise returned without a RMA number will be returned to the customer freight collect and the warranty will be invalidated. The RMA numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) in immediately. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged. For your protection, please insure the returned package(s), provide tracking reference and proof of delivery.

Warranty Limitations: JustForWholesale cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged. All warrantees are voided if returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way.
